The struggle is fought on the ground
As movement lawyers, we recognise that the struggle for a free Palestine is first and foremost fought by Palestinians themselves. Our role is to strengthen it: developing legal tools that empower advocacy, disrupt state and corporate complicity, and set precedents that force accountability.
We are an independent legal organisation, deeply connected to the Palestine solidarity movement. Our legal strategies are informed by the political realities of the struggle and contribute directly to its goals.

Third-state obligations
Holding European governments legally accountable for their military, financial and diplomatic support of Israel’s violations.
Corporate accountability
Investigating companies that profit from or facilitate human rights abuses.
Financial enablers
Examining banks and investors that fund Israeli war crimes, while Palestinian organisations, aid and civil society are de-risked and defunded.
Strategic litigation
- Disrupt state complicity: challenge European governments’ support for Israel’s violations.
